Our staff are highly trained, reliable, flexible and fully competent in the delivery of person-centered care. Our staff take pride on being discreet and professional in their practice. We nurture and create an environment for our staff which enhances their practice and aids their learning and development. We have an in-house trainer who provides all training to our staff. The training can be specifically tailored to support your individual needs.
We offer visits in your own home a minimum of 30 minutes up to calls lasting for a few hours. A detailed assessment will be carried out by one of our management team, who will then tailor the service to meet your specific needs and wishes. You will be fully involved in directing your care and support and we will not start the package of care and support until we have your full agreement.
