Ten90 Recruitment is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency supplying experienced support staff to supported living services, residential homes, and other care settings across North London. We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and other support requirements.
- Assisting service users with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
- Providing emotional support and building positive relationships.
- Following care and support plans while maintaining accurate records.
- Promoting dignity, choice, and person-centred care at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months' UK experience as a Support Worker in supported living, residential care, or similar settings.
- A caring, patient, and professional approach.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential.
