Position:Support Worker

Location: St. Albans

Salary:£12.71- £14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalised support to individuals in their daily activities

- Assist with personal care and promote independence

- Utilise Makaron for effective communication

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Support Worker in the UK

- Proficient in using Makaton

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to use a Mobility car

- Up-to-date mandatory training certifications

- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)

- Ability to provide references for the last 5 years
